At The Local Thali, we pride ourselves on quality and freshness. However, if something doesn’t go right, we’re here to make it better.

1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be considered if:

  • Wrong or incomplete items were delivered

  • The order was undelivered due to our error

  • Food quality was compromised (evidence required)

Note: Refunds must be requested within 2 hours of delivery.
Please share photos and the order ID for quick resolution.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them or before preparation begins. Once your order is being prepared, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
